Nighttime Support

$45/hour

My care will shift to assisting the parents with obtaining more sleep and keeping baby safe and fed.

  • Facilitate rest for the family
  • Provide unbiased emotional, physical, and informational support
  • Feeding support
  • Bringing baby to you for feedings
  • Assist with latch and feeding issues
  • Provide assistance with pump set up and disassembly
  • Pumped milk storage and freezing
  • Bottle feeding
  • Burping, settling, and calming baby after feedings
  • Diaper changes as needed throughout the night
  • Provide support to the entire family
  • Educate on newborn care skills such as swaddling, soothing techniques, and bedtime routine
  • Document all feeding and diapering times throughout the night
  • Clean wash, sterilize bottles and pumping parts

Overnight support package

$1700

  • 4 overnight visits in the first six weeks
  • 40 nighttime hours total

Daytime Support

$40/hour

Support may look like this but is not limited to:

  • Provide unbiased emotional, physical, and informational support
  • Space to process your birth experience
  • Breast/body and bottle-feeding support 
  • Assist with pumping
  • General newborn care and education (feeding, diapering, and bathing)
  • Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, and tidying up)
  • Baby-wearing guidance and education
  • Sibling support and light pet care
  • Noticing signs of postpartum disorders and providing resources
  • Errands 
  • Organization of newborn items
  • Light meal preparation
  • Facilitate rest for the family
  • Help the entire family with transitional roles
  • Unlimited 24-hour text, phone, and email support
  • Access to evidenced-based information on postpartum and baby care
  • Help with the transition back to work
  • Referrals to community resources

Nighttime Support

$45/hour

Bringing Baby Home Postpartum Support

$600

  • 6 in-home postpartum visits in the first six weeks
  • 18 daytime hours total

*multiples – rate per hour changes to $60/hour

Ways to pay for doula care

Doula Care is eligible spending for your HSA and FSA. See this link to Wage Works on how to submit.

Postpartum Doula care is eligible for reimbursement through Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance or the Catamount program as long as you are enrolled in Better Beginnings.  You may be reimbursed for 9 hours of postpartum care under homemaker services.

You can also add doula care to your baby registry! Gift certificates are also available. Contact me for more information.
