Why Birth love?

As a mom who endured 3 different births and postpartum periods, I want to use my experience to empower you in your journey to becoming a parent. 

Diverse Experience

Through my volunteering I have been honored to support families in a diverse range of ways, imparting a great amount of insight.

Red Cross Certified and CAPPA Trained

I have trained with CAPPA, The Volunteer Doula Program at UVM, and obtained my certification through the Red Cross for pediatric first aid and CPR.  As well as staying connected/ educated with the latest evidence-based information to provide to clients.

Full Spectrum Doula

I am a full spectrum doula and I support all outcomes, all bodies, all families and I do it from a place of education and lived experiences.

Arrity was exactly who I needed on the most challenging and beautiful day of my life.  As a first-time mom, I didn’t truly know what delivery day would bring and I didn’t know how to advocate for myself. Arrity brought her calm energy in helping me manage the pain while making my needs known to the medical team when I felt forgotten.
